Making selected items live and returning items to design

You can make selected items live and send selected live items back to design--in effect, perform selective submissions and recalls.

For example, you might make a selection of items from a design if you had abandoned the design as a whole but wanted to salvage parts of it. Or you might submit a complete design, discover at some later time that a portion of it needed further design work, and send only that portion back to design for retooling.

To make selected design items live:

1 Open the design containing the items in a site design window.

2 Select the non-live items in the Design tab or Staging tab.

3 Do one of the following:

To send live items back to design:

1 Open the design containing the items in a site design window.

2 Select the live items in the Design tab or the Staging tab.

3 Choose Design > Design Staging > Send Items Back to Design.
